One revenue problem a month. Solved live with AI.
A small monthly working session for sales and RevOps leaders. Each month, Victor takes one problem that most revenue teams share, builds the AI solution on screen, and answers your questions about your own setup. You leave every session with the prompt, so you can solve the problem on your own afterward.

What you take home each month
The working prompt
The exact prompt from that month's live build, ready to run in Claude or a similar AI tool. You add a new prompt to your library each session.
A short setup guide
What to connect first so the prompt runs on your own data, such as your CRM or call recorder.
Answers for your team
Twenty-five minutes of Q&A about your tools, your process, and your managers.
One problem each month
The December and January topics are proposed. To get an invitation to each session, select Invite me to future sessions when you register.
Call analysis at scale
Score one rep's deals and calls, compare wins with losses, and find the one habit to coach.
Deal inspection and forecasting
Compare call data with CRM data to see which forecast deals are likely to close.
Territory planning
Use AI to plan territories and coverage for the new year.
Know which deals need a manager before the 1:1
Managers hear a few calls a week. On November 19, Victor builds DealIQ live for one rep: it reads the rep's CRM record and recorded calls, scores each deal on MEDDPICC from the buyer's own words, scores the rep's skills on every call, compares wins with losses to find the one habit to coach, and writes the questions for the 1:1. You take the prompt home.

Questions before you register
Answers about tools, data, and what to expect in the session.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The prompts use plain English, and Victor explains each step of the live build. If you can write an email to your team, you can run the prompt.
Do I need a specific AI tool?
No. Victor builds the live example in Claude, and each prompt also works in other capable AI tools. The setup guide notes anything that is specific to one tool.
Do I need my tools connected to AI?
Each prompt works best when the data it needs, such as your CRM or call recorder, is connected to your AI tool. Each setup guide lists what to connect first. If you haven't connected anything yet, you can still attend and watch how the prompt works.
Does it work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, or Zoom?
Each team's tools are different, so expect to adjust the prompt for yours. To get help with your setup, list your CRM and call recorder when you register. Victor and Robin use those answers to plan the Q&A.
Do I have to share my own data?
No. The live build uses sample data. Please don't share client, prospect, or rep names in the session. If your question involves something sensitive, describe the situation instead, for example, "a renewal that went quiet after a price increase."
How do I get my question answered?
Submit your question when you register. Victor and Robin answer submitted questions first, then take questions live. Seats are capped so there's time to work through them.
Is the session recorded?
No, so people can speak openly about their own teams. Everyone who attends gets the prompt and setup guide the day after.
Do I have to speak or be on camera?
No. Bring a question or just watch. Both are welcome.
What if I can't attend?
Cancel your registration on the event page so someone else can take your seat. If you selected Invite me to future sessions, you still get the next month's invitation.
What emails do I get?
After you register, you get a confirmation with a calendar invitation, then reminders 1 day and 1 hour before the session. Attendees get the prompt and setup guide the next day. If you select Invite me to future sessions, you also get about one invitation a month. Each email includes a way to unsubscribe.
How are topics chosen?
Victor and Robin choose each topic. The questions that attendees submit at registration help decide which problems come next.
Is it really free?
Yes. Dana Consulting runs these sessions because some attendees later want help rolling a workflow out across their team. That conversation happens only if you ask for it. The session has no pitch segment.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes. To invite a colleague, forward this page so they can register for their own seat. Good fits include your RevOps counterpart or a sales manager on your team. Seats are limited.
